T'ai Chi Meetup in Univerity City

Greetings Everyone. There will be a T’ai Chi Meetup Saturday, September 20, 10:30am-noon. We will meet at Tikun Yoga Studio, 8375 Olive Blvd. in University City, 63130. For those of you just learning about what T’ai Chi is, and its many health benefits, there will be an introduction to this ancient Chinese Martial art. We will also do some T’ai Chi exercises and T’ai Chi Form. We will be working on the T’ai Chi Fundamentals, a very adaptable form in the Yang Family tradition.
Space is limited, so pre-registration is a must. There is no charge for this event. Let me know if you have any questions, and please remember to register in advance.
