Greetings Everyone. I am starting a New Beginning T'ai Chi Fundamentals Class on January 7, 2026, noon-1 pm at Tikun Yoga Studio, 8375 Olive Blvd in University City.
T'ai Chi Fundamentals is a great way to learn about the many health benefits of T'ai Chi. It is a good introduction to T'ai Chi in general, as well as a way to shore up the basics
The cost is $15 per class or $50 per month.
