The MAIN presentation is pfSense Firewall/Router by Wendell Barber.
What is pfSense you might ask? PfSense is a free/open src firewall & router distro (based on FreeBSD) that also features unified threat management, load balancing, multi WAN, and more.
What is used for?
pfSense is mostly used as a router and firewall software, and typically configured as DHCP server, DNS server, WiFi access point, VPN server, all running on the same hardware device.

That is preceeded at 6:30pm by The BASICS/TUTORIAL portion is: NomadBSD Introduction by Ken Johnson.
NomadBSD is a curated FreeBSD system with an OpenBox desktop.
NomadBSD can be used as a persistent live system from a USB drive, or
can be installed as the default boot O/S on a system or virtual
environment. This talk will describe features and characteristics,
discuss some reasons you might use it, and touch on installation and
setup.
