Btrfs (File System) in the real world, .. tips, tricks, & gotchas!

Btrfs is Awesome, .. except when it isn't. There are lots of nice features in Btrfs that makes it the 'next generation' file system, .. but that makes it suitable for specific applications and also creates some interesting ways to cause problems.

Tune in Thursday when we will start with a presentation from OpenSuSE, then work through installation, management, problem solving, and nighrmare scenarios.

The Saint Louis MO, STL Linux Users Group (STLLUG) meets monthly to talk about Linux. This GNU/Linux Users Group usually holds its meetings on the third Thursday of every month. Meetings are free and open to everyone.

At 6:45 PM we start with introductions, announcements, current events of interest, and a general CALL FOR HELP segment. Then we will go into the presentation of our main topic, sometime around or after 7:00 PM.
