A little over a year ago, I gave a talk about ChatGPT and other new generative AI tools that had exploded into popularity. Since then, things have not slowed down; rather, we've seen an astonishing array of improvements, changes, and emerging issues within the realm of generative AI.

This sequel will delve into the developments over the past year, looking at examples and tools that illustrate how AI is continually redefining creativity, productivity, and problem-solving across various sectors.

Somewhat of an "AI year 2".
14 months ago, Scott warned us in advance of the "about to break" news about ChatGPT and the latest in AI. He was SO right. Within the month EVERYONE was talking and reading about AI. There was even a speech on the floor of Congress written by AI!
So, now...14 months later, Scott will tell us where AI stands today...and maybe what's coming.

MAIN Topic: AI 2: Electric Boogaloo: The Continued Growth of ArtificiaI Intelligence (AI) Generators & Assistants

PRIOR to the main topic:
6:00pm The digital Zoom room opens so that you can test you Mic, camera, video controls, etc. While testing, there may be some social chatter.

6:30pm BASE Topic: rather than a tutorial, this month we will have a quick update of the work planned on our multi-user web/email-list server. It will get a major new release of DEBIAN LINUX OS. How do you plan such? Also our "annual mtng" about what things we will do this year. And a quick summary of this month's elections.

Then the Main Topic, ie AI 2, at about ~7:15 or 7:30pm.
