Language is one of our most powerful tools for making sense of the world—but it's also a map, not the territory. In this session, we’ll explore the paradox of language: how it can illuminate or obscure, liberate or manipulate. Metaphors help us grasp the ungraspable, giving form to complexity, yet every metaphor also constrains what can be seen or said. How do the metaphors we use shape our perception of reality? What happens when those metaphors harden into dogma—or when language is weaponized as propaganda?
