Sound Bath Meditation / Meditative Concert

I bring many years of experience as a professional percussionist and as a Zen meditation teacher together in my artful sound healing sessions. Using gongs, singing bowls, handpans, drums, stringed instruments and subtle drone electronics I create a restful, soul stirring, peaceful environment of beautiful sounds and meditative community. Each session is uniquely crafted for the space and the attendees. I recommend people bring a mat to lay down on and if they prefer a blanket and pillow as well. Relaxation is the key to getting the most out of these deeply healing sessions.
