We’re a welcoming Saint Paul community where people practice speaking, build confidence, and cheer each other on—with plenty of laughter along the way.
### What to Expect
Prepared speeches, impromptu speaking, and helpful feedback. You’ll meet people with different backgrounds who share a willingness to learn and grow.
Your first visit is free. No speech to prepare. No pressure to speak. Join in when you’re comfortable, or simply listen and enjoy the meeting.

### A Small RSVP Count? Don’t Let It Fool You.
Our meetings typically bring together 10–20 participants. Many regular members don’t RSVP through Meetup—you’ll find more friendly faces than the count suggests!
