Reiki Level 1 Training
Details
The Japanese translation of Reiki is "Universal Life Force". The word Reiki is made up of two Japanese words which are "Rei" meaning "God's Wisdom or The Higher Power" and "Ki" meaning "Life Force Energy".
Reiki is considered to be spiritually guided life force energy. Learning the Reiki techniques and passing through all stages of attunement / initiation is only part of the process of becoming a responsible Reiki Practitioner.
Reiki 1 training teaches the participant how to work with Reiki energy by practicing self healing. Hand placements upon the body and directing the flow of energy helps to alleviate stress, boost energy and maintain an overall state of well being.

The Reiki 1 Training is limited to 8 participants to ensure a more focused and intimate learning environment. You must be registered for the training to attend.
