We are sitting INSIDE during the remainder of the hotter/ stormier months. When in doubt, just ask a server where Drinking Liberally is (typically at a row of tables between the stairway and the bar).

• "Kennedy Center board votes to close it, as judge again keeps Trump's name off" (NPR) https://www.npr.org/2026/09/15/nx-s1-5969905/kennedy-center-closing-trump-name ... So Trump has another temper tantrum. He can't have his name on the Kennedy Center, so he closing it down. Everything Trump touches dies.
• "Trump slams the Supreme Court for rejecting his push to restrict mail ballots" (AP News) https://apnews.com/article/trump-supreme-court-justice-mail-voting-7a937a7b4a37214d40a7a9aa4c2b5ce2 ... In yet another in a long string of losses for Trump, the Supreme Court is not letting him muck with the Postal Service to screw up voting.
• "Iran war has led to US munitions shortfalls, Pentagon inspector confirms" (BBC) https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c9gk58xgng0vo ... Not surprising to anyone with access to real news, but for those who rely on F0x, this might be a shock.
• "Allegiant deal brings a 61% revenue boost to Pinellas airport"(St Pete Catayst) https://stpetecatalyst.com/allegiant-deal-brings-a-61-revenue-boost-to-pinellas-airport/ ... We've flown Allegiant out of PIE (the St. Pete-Clearwater airport) a couple of times, and it was OK, but yeah, the airport could use some renovation / improvement. This is good news.
• "US Congress Democrats probe Russian oligarch financing of Trump Jr. wedding parties" (Reuters) https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-congress-democrats-probe-russian-oligarch-financing-trump-jr-wedding-parties-2026-09-15/ ... Shocking. Who would have suspected a member of the Trump family of such activity? ...yeah, all of us.
