Halloween Day Stroll!
It is a car-free event! Vehicles allowed: Bikes, skateboards, roller skates, one wheels, hoverboards, e-scooters. Last year some of us brought bikes and it was so crowded - I wouldn't recommend! Bring your legs or a smaller non-motorized vehicle you can easily carry around between the crowds

"This October, residents and guests will have the opportunity to experience downtown St. Pete in an all-new way – from the street. Car-Free St. Pete is collaborating with the City of St. Petersburg, Grand Central District, EDGE District, and Open Streets St. Pete to shut down 22 blocks of Central Avenue, from Dr. MLK Jr. Street to 31st Street, on October 30 2022 from 12 pm to 5 pm.
