Longevity Qigong at Lassing Park is an outdoor morning practice led by Rob Davis, a 16th-generation Xuan Wu Pai disciple. This beginner-friendly session blends gentle movement, breath, and intention to boost energy, calm the mind, and balance the autonomic nervous system. All ages welcome; first session free; sliding-scale pricing. Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00–8:00 AM, at Lassing Park by the water.
