What: Traditional Qigong movements that enhance energy (qi) flow, balance body and mind, calm the nervous system, and promote lasting wellness.
Where: Lassing Park, by the water. Park on Beach Dr. SE near 21st Ave SE. Training takes place outdoors in a peaceful, natural setting ideal for mindful movements.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays
