Northshore Park Workout Buddies

Join Workout Buddies at our first meetup event! I'll bring a print-out of a timed workout routine that can be done in the outdoor gym there and the jogging trail. Work at your own pace. No instructor, just an organizer trying to meet her own goals. We'll use high volume, low reps, body weight, the outdoor gym, and take a break to discuss what routines you want to include next week. Any fitness level is welcome. Let's achieve our fitness goals together.
