Writers Write. Creators Create: New Group Welcoming the curious and driven

Details
Hi again everyone -- for some reason, I cannot input the location or Meetup doesn't accept it.
Tuesday's meetup is at Kavana on Park, at 4466 Park Blvd, Pinellas Park. I did send out an email to everyone the other day and hope everyone got it.
I'm going to stop by it today to make sure it's ok.
This is the inaugural meeting of a new St. Pete writers' group (please note, it also includes screen writers, filmmakers who are looking to bounce ideas around). I am new to St. Pete and just want to meet and maybe work with likeminded people.
Location will be determined by June 24 -- would love some suggestions as I'm still learning what places make sense. Quiet coffeeshop with a big table would be great.
Please read the group's write up for what I would like to do. This is for sharing and discussing writing. Bring some work, a couple of pages, to read in the group. This is about sharing and discussion.
If you would like to be one of the people to do a reading -- make sure it's only about five minutes long. This can be a short story, a scene from a movie script, a poem, or something you are just playing with. Being the organizer, I will go first to break the ice. (Am also considering a google folder so everyone can read along -- let me know what you think.)
Proposed Agenda
Introductions: 15 minutes: -- who we are, what we're working on, expectations.
Group organizing and thoughts to include (5-10 minutes)
Readings: (4x10 minutes each): Five minute reading, and then five minute discussion. Notes should focus on story. Minor mistakes do not need discussion -- often we know we screwed up as we are reading. Focus on plot points and storytelling features. More serious criticism should not be done in the group setting.
Books: (15 minutes) Let's start recommending books to each other -- just one from each person (and decide if we want to all read it and discuss another time.
Tips: (15 minutes) What are you doing that is helping your writing -- a couple of minutes per person.
Wrap (10 minutes) Discuss what we can do in the next meeting. I would like to meet every other week, but see that other groups only meet once a month. We can decide.
