7時40分 籠原駅改札口集合タクシーで酒蔵へ

7時55分 権田酒造到着
8時   酒造り体験の説明
出麹
9時   仕込み、酒蔵見学
12時  昼食
13時  米計量
14時  洗米
16時  米敷、麹枯らし
17時  終了後宴会
※集合時間に間に合わない方は前泊をお勧めします。
【注意事項】

・当日は動きやすい服装でお越し下さい。
・作業用の履物はこちらで⾧靴を用意いたします。
・納豆は蔵に来る1週間前から控えてください。 (納豆菌が蔵に入ると、最悪の場合、酒造りができなくなります。)
・香りの強い香水は控えて下さい。
・髪の⾧い方は、髪を束ねて下さい。

★★Guide to the Gonda Sake Brewery Sake Brewing Experience in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture★★
Date and time: Meet at the ticket gate at Kagohara Station on November 3rd at 7:30am, limited to 8 people

Number of participants: 8 people only
Cost: Experience fee, lunch, banquet fee, 3 bottles of 720ml sake (shipping included)
Tax included: 27,500 yen
Schedule
7:40am Meet at the ticket gate of Kagohara Station. Take a taxi to the brewery. 7:55am Arrive at Gonda Sake Brewery. 8am Explanation of the sake brewing experience. Koji preparation. 9am Preparation, tour of the brewery. 12pm Lunch. 1pm Rice measurement. 2pm Rice washing. 4pm Rice spread, koji drying. 5pm Banquet after the event.
*If you cannot make it to the meeting time, we recommend staying the night before.
[Notes]
・Please wear comfortable clothes on the day.
・We will provide long boots for work.
・Please refrain from eating natto one week before coming to the brewery. (If natto bacteria enter the brewery, in the worst case scenario, sake brewing will not be possible.)
・Please refrain from wearing strong-smelling perfume.

・If you have long hair, please tie it up.
