Ever tried Warabi Mochi? It’s not your typical rice mochi. It’s a legendary, jelly-like Japanese dessert made from bracken starch, topped with nutty Kinako (roasted soybean flour).
In short? It’s like a jelly-mochi hybrid—refreshing, chewy, and naturally vegan-friendly! It’s the ultimate soul food for a cozy autumn afternoon on our terrace.
Whether you are a Japanese food expert or just looking to make new friends in Sydney, we are opening the doors wide for EVERYONE. Forget the stiff networking events. Let’s celebrate the weekend with great food and even better vibes on our cozy terrace.

### What we will do:

No cooking experience is needed! We’ll provide the starch, Kinako. We’ll show you the satisfying process of stirring the mochi until it becomes crystal clear and perfectly stretchy. It’s hands-on, super satisfying, and a fantastic way to break the ice with fellow foodies.
