🌿 Sakoon – A Space to Exhale

Welcome to Sakoon.

A weekend space in Dubai for those who’ve had a long day/week and just need a place to pause.

This is not a class. Not a workshop. Not therapy.

It’s simply a gentle gathering where we sit together, slow down, and reconnect with ourselves.

Led by a trained Regression therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist and breath-works facilitator, each session offers soft, science-based tools to help you:

~ Understand how your mind responds to stress

~ Reclaim calm using simple techniques rooted in the Theory of Mind

~ Feel emotionally safe, grounded, and held — without having to perform or speak if you don’t want to

~ Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally tired, or just curious — this circle is for you.

We start with a short grounding or guided process, followed by optional sharing, quiet sitting, and soft space to be exactly as you are.

🧘‍♀️ No experience needed. No preparation. Just bring yourself.
