Join me for a deeply grounding Yoga event, including Chromatic Meditation, on Wednesday, November 5th, harnessing the powerful energy of the November Beaver Super Moon!
This Full Moon is a special Super Moon, appearing at its fullest, brightest, and closest to Earth this year—perfect for intentional practice! It is the ideal time to fully release what no longer serves you and set clear, powerful new intentions for the months ahead.
We will guide you through a gentle yoga flow designed to facilitate energetic release, followed by an extended, restorative meditation session under the light of the Super Moon.🗓️ Date: Wednesday, November 5th
🕖 Time: 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM
📍 Location: The garden next to the Spa, Eastern village compound
💰 Fee: 140 SAR📝 Important Preparation Notes:
- Warmth is Key: The garden will be cold! Please wear layered, and warm clothing.
- Optimal Practice: To get the most from the meditative release, it is recommended not to eat for at least 3 hours prior to the event. Preferably, eat lightly throughout the entire day and increase your intake of hot drinks.
- Limited mats are available to keep the energy intimate. Please inform us of your attendance as soon as possible to reserve your spot!
- This event is open to all genders.
- It will be held at a private (compound) location. Access requires advance registration and a formal entry permit. We will not be able to receive guests who have not completed the registration process.
