Sunday 11 January Short Walk 6.5 Miles Mellor D Grade 1030 Brooklands

Hello All

The short walk on Sunday starts from the car park near the Midland pub at Marple Bridge and takes in Mellor Church before returning to Marple Bridge via the Roman Lakes.

It is very undulating and there is approx 1300 feet ascent

It is mainly on paths and may be muddy in parts

If you intend to go straight to the start of the walk the directions are as follows, please be at the car park for 11am

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CAR PARK IS FULL THERE IS ADDITIONAL PARKING FURTHER UP THE ROAD OR ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROAD UP THE LANE
