Sunday Meditation with Salem Zen Center

This event is offered by the Salem Zen Center at Miao Chung Temple at 1485 Mill St SE, Salem, OR 97301.
Please feel heartily invited to join us in person every Sunday morning.
10:30 am-12:00 pm - Chanting, seated and walking meditation, and a short Dharma Talk. Please arrive by 10:15 if you are attending for the first time. (A beginner’s lecture is provided each week during our meditation period from 10:30-11:00 am for those attending in-person)
12:00 pm-1:00 pm Lunch provided by the Temple
Various activities and study groups are often offered after lunch. See the website for additional information.
We also offer meditation programs in person on Saturday mornings online and on Tuesday evenings in person and on Zoom at the Miao Chung Temple.
Our snow/bad weather policy is to cancel meditation when/if Salem Keizer Schools cancel programs and we post this on our Facebook page.
