Meetup Event Details:

This group is for late diagnosed or self-realized neurodivergent women.
Autism, ADHD, AuDHD.

Join us for:

• Support navigating a late discovery / diagnosis
• Empowering ND Friendships • Inspiration • Ideas • Resources
• Online Discussions and Connections - An unmasking safe zone.
• A relaxed space for asking questions and conversations
• Sharing and caring peer support
• Loose and structured topics
• Special guests / speakers
• Planned book club

Requested topics from members for this month's gatherings:

• Burnout
• Disclosure perceptions and judgment fear. How, when,
• and if to tell family and work?
• Taking-off the mask. Pros, cons, and how? Health benefits.
• CPTSD vs. autism vs. co-occurrence.
• Meltdowns, rage and emotional dysregulation in women.
• Loneliness and relationships.
• AuDHD navigating the duality.
• Favorite resources and personal wins.
• Special interest shares.

Guidelines for Gatherings:

• We ask that you join us with KINDNESS.
• This is meant to be a SAFE and SUPPORTIVE space.
• What happens in the group ... stays in the group.
• Use the chat for on topic conversations staying mindful and supporting those who are presenting and sharing.
• A group for women by women space: we would love to see you all on camera and understand if ever one feels more comfortable with camera off, please do so.
• Turn off mic when not presenting or sharing.
• Use hand icon to share. We encourage compassionate listening and giving every woman a chance to be heard.
• Sessions will not be recorded. Only exception would be if we bring in a special guest lecturer, you will be informed before recording that portion for your privacy.
