Root: The Role Playing Game

About This Game:
Root: the Role-Playing Game is a game of woodland creatures fighting for money, justice, and freedom from powers far greater than their own. Play as vagabonds, outcasts from the normal society of the woodlands who have come to live in the spaces between, whether that’s in the forests themselves or on the fringes of society.

Root: the Roleplaying Game is the officially licensed tabletop RPG based on the award-winning *Root: A Game of Woodland Might and Right *board game by Leder Games.

Notes from the GM:
This is the second table established for play of Root: The Role-Playing Game. No previous gaming experience is necessary. This game will be played every other week on Thursday. However, the game session in November will conflict with Thanksgiving. Sessions will resume in December.

For those who have played within this system before, a new Clearing will be established as the setting for our story. Stay tuned for more information on the Clearing and character development on our Discord server. If you RSVP for this game, please be sure to join the conversation. We will be voting on the type of clearing and discussing game tone, characters, etc.
