About This Game:
Root: the Role-Playing Game is a game of woodland creatures fighting for money, justice, and freedom from powers far greater than their own. Play as vagabonds, outcasts from the normal society of the woodlands who have come to live in the spaces between, whether that’s in the forests themselves or on the fringes of society.

Root: the Roleplaying Game is the officially licensed tabletop RPG based on the award-winning *Root: A Game of Woodland Might and Right *board game by Leder Games.

Notes from the GM:
No previous gaming experience is necessary. This game will be played every month on the 2nd Thursday.

For those who have played within this system before, a new Clearing will be established as the setting for our story. Stay tuned for more information on the Clearing and character development on our Discord server. If you RSVP for this game, please be sure to join the conversation. We will be voting on the type of clearing and discussing game tone, characters, etc.

Place: Treasure Trove Games (formally known as Shiv Games) located at 3800 River Rd N ste 160, Keizer, OR 97303. Drinks are available for purchase; however, no food is available on site. You may bring your own food or snacks, or have food delivered to you. This game will be held in one of the private themed rooms requiring a $5 table fee per person.
