What we’re about

This group is for those interested in trying or already following a whole food, plant based (vegan) diet with minimal oil, salt, and refined sugar. We want to eventually host a monthly potluck, which is a great way to sample delicious, healthy dishes, share recipes, learn, and connect with others who are like-minded in their pursuit of optimal health and well-being. Please feel free to bring along family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors…all are welcome!
