Noah helps SaaS companies with sales process, lead generation, and team formation. He has held roles in several capacities in both B2B and B2C tech companies from marketing to finance and corporate development. He is also the host of the Enterprise Sales Podcast, a daily show featuring the smartest people in sales, a skill he honed from a prior life in TV production. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt and a bachelor's from Syracuse.

Pleasant Rich is the Director of Enterprise Sales for Outreach (, the system of action for sales teams, delivering performance and insights that result in higher velocity and more efficient selling.

Pleasant is a powerhouse in enterprise selling from her background as a teacher, quickly assessing then solving individual problems - managing their impact on group performance. Married with two children, she resides in the Virginia/Washington D.C. area. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at Liberty University, and Master’s degree at Shenandoah University.

James Desmond is a currently a Senior Account Executive for Zoom Video Communications (, representing Zoom in New York. He first started his career with IBM Consulting in DC and transitioned quickly into the SaaS industry where he found his niche as a sales executive with a passion for emerging technology. He has built and trained both an SDR and BDR team, and has been tailoring his sales approach in many different segment sizes ranging from small business, commercial, to enterprise.

James has been a consistent performer capitalizing on his proficient knowledge of cutting edge sales tools. He is a demonstrated leader, and player/coach exemplified over the past 6+ years of consistently being at or above a 200% sales goal set by his company. James recently brought his talents over to Zoom Video Communications, who, impressively is overtaking the Unified Communications space with their unprecedented customer acquisition rate, and readily recognized by prominent VCs such as Sequoia who recently invested $100 million USD into Zoom.

Lauren Muraco is currently Team Lead, Cloud Solution Sales for Vonage Business ( in New York, NY. Lauren moved to New York after attending the University of Delaware where she studied Business Management and Engineering. Immediately after University, Lauren discovered her love for emerging technology sales.

Lauren is currently a Team Lead at Vonage Business, the largest UCaaS provider in the US and an innovator in the communications space. At Vonage, Lauren has helped build and train Account Executive teams and is responsible for building communication solutions that enhance Mid-Enterprise Businesses.

Lauren specializes in sales and implementation of Hosted VOIP, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), SD-WAN, Software Integration Solutions, and Advanced Contact Center Solutions
