Moderator: Noah Goldman (

Noah helps SaaS companies with sales process, lead generation, and team formation. He has held roles in several capacities in both B2B and B2C tech companies from marketing to finance and corporate development. He is also the host of the Enterprise Sales Podcast, a daily show featuring the smartest people in sales, a skill he honed from a prior life in TV production. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt and a bachelor's from Syracuse.

Speaker: Alexandra Adamson (

Alexandra is the Director of Talent at Bowery Capital based in New York. She works with the firm's entrepreneurs on their human capital strategies including recruiting, interviewing, compensation planning, sales management, and onboarding. Prior to joining Bowery Capital, Alexandra was the Director of Account Management at Betts Recruiting in San Francisco. She worked closely with founders of high growth software companies including Everstring, Rubrik, Intercom, Apptimize, Zenefits, and Tintri to build out their human capital efforts focused on early revenue generation. Alexandra holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from The University of Michigan.

Speaker: Devon Satnick (

Devon Satnick is the Director of Sales at Betts Recruiting in New York City. She helps run the NY branch and manages a team of SDR and AE recruiters. Devon has placed strategic sales leaders at high-growth companies including Greenhouse, Yotpo, and Triptease. Prior to joining Betts in 2014, Devon was a top performing Account Executive at SinglePlatform where she was integral in piloting new verticals and product pricing. Devon holds a B.A. in History from Denison University.

Speaker: Eric Rosenthal (

Eric is an Executive with a proven track record in effectively building, managing, & scaling global revenue organizations for high growth, SaaS based technology companies. A hands-on leader who works closely with executive teams to manage P&L, provide strategy and vision, as well as consistently over achieve revenue goals. He has exceptional strength in helping early stage technology companies build out their business, revenue and go to market strategy. His Revenue responsibility has ranged from 2M to over 75M. His management responsibilities include: sales, channel, marketing, account management, sales operations and business development.
