This workshop will explore the scientific evidence behind how gratitude can transform your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. You will also learn practical strategies to cultivate a more grateful life.

Elliot Smith, at MSW, MA, has been the Manager of Spiritual Care for the Kettering Health Main Campus since 2017. He has also been a pastor, teacher, and therapist. He helps individuals find their 'why,' recover from trauma, and find hope. His work in building hospital staff resilience is nationally recognized. He speaks on self-care, spirituality in whole health medicine, and building internal strength. He is married with two children.
