DC Rueda Meetup Group

Welcome to the Washington DC Rueda Meetup group! This is your place to meet other rueda and salsa casino dancers in the Washington DC Metro Area! Rueda is a very social form of salsa and allows people to dance with and meet numerous people in just one song! We are working to promote this type of dance along with salsa casino (Cuban salsa) in the DC area. Sign-up to be a part of our meetups, discussion board, etc. The organizers work to schedule meetups at various locations around the DC & Baltimore area that include a chance to dance not only rueda but also other forms and styles of salsa. Because rueda is a Cuban form of salsa, we also schedule meetups where you'll be sure to hear Cuban salsa, Timba, and other types of Cuban music that is culturally relevant! Questions?
