ラテンアメリカの情熱的なラテンダンスは、音楽、リズム、グルーブ感を最も重視しており、ひたすらターンをするだけの踊りではありません。テンション上がるラテンミュージックにノって、リズムに合わせて体を動かします♬
健康にもダイエットにも最適なラテンダンスです！
ダンス経験や年齢など関係ありません。リズム感、運動神経など無くても、レッスンを受けてる内に、リズム感をもって楽しく踊れるようになります！
東京で活動している、熟練のインストラクターWATARUから学ぶ事が出来ます！
