Welcome to Salsa Greenwich, a weekly social night built for complete beginners in the heart of South East London.
No experience. No partner. No problem. Just show up.
Every week we run beginner salsa classes followed by an open social dance floor.
Our launch night is Wednesday 29th April at The Guardhouse, Woolwich — one of SE London's most beautiful venues, right next to Woolwich Elizabeth Line station.

The Night:
Our first night features two First Timers classes, perfect for anyone who has never tried salsa before. Already have some experience? We have more levels coming soon!- 6:30pm - Doors Open
- 7:00pm — First Timers Class (Session 1)
- 8:00pm — First Timers Class (Session 2)
- 9:00pm — Open social dance floor
- 10:00pm — Doors close
Doors open at 6:30pm. Come early, grab a drink and meet everyone before the class starts.
What to Wear:- A top you can move freely in
- Comfortable trousers or a skirt
- Trainers are fine. No specialist footwear needed.
What to Expect:
First Timers: You'll start with the basic steps and a little history of Cuban Salsa. By the end of the night, you'll be dancing to real salsa music with a partner, and yes, they'll be just as nervous as you.
Beginners & Intermediate: Not your first time? You are still more than welcome to join us on the social floor from 9pm and dance the night away. We have beginner and intermediate classes coming in the weeks ahead. Join our Whatsapp Community to be the first to know when they drop. [Join Here]
