I, Luther Lockard, owner of Corporate Massage Therapies-Advanced Treatment Center, has designed a flexibility program based on my 18 years of bodywork, massage and stretching pain management clients that can benefit your health and longevity.

This will be a 1 hour weekly class, held every Tuesday, here at Pilates Core Center and is open to people of all occupations and ages. Cost is only $10
