Lessons taught by Yessica, 26+ years in the Salsa Dancing World, originally from LA and part of the generation of the Salsa LA Style pioneers and Salsa Brava (First Salsa Professional Dance Company in the world and the ones who inspired the stages around the globe). Yessica trained with Luis and Joby Brava, the Directors of Salsa Brava and later on performed long side with them.
In 2005 after the desintegration of Salsa Brava, Yessica joined the o2 or NY Salsa Style Dancing training and joining Sean Stylist Dance team.
In 2018 Yessica relocated to Hawaii and has been an advocate to keep the Salsa legacy alive by teaching, hosting dance events, putting together her very own ladies dance company "The Brava Queens" and most recently bringing the Salsa fever back through her social "Salsa Fridays with Yess"
"I've been inspired by the passion of my teachers, the pioneers of the LA Salsa Style Luis and Joby and I have seen what the happy beat and community that Salsa brings to a person's life. Salsa has changed my world a million of times and I've seen lives transformed by the same clave and conga beat"
