Breathing is our life activity. Learn to prolong your breathing to prolong your Life! Learn how to stimulate the Vagus Nerve to calm and balance your sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous systems. This will restore your good positive attitude and mood. Live with a sense of peace, joy, and well being. It's a great day every day!

Wear comfortable clothes. yoga mat, blanket & pillow.
Participants may lie or sit during Session.
