Hello Cider Explorers!
Because this group has been growing so steadily - we wanted to plan more formal meetups for YOU all to mix & mingle on a regular basis, so we're dedicating Wednesday nights for our new BOTTLE SHARE nights - where you can all get to know each other over a glass of the good stuff!
Officially, we have to offer special pricing on select bottles all night long - so we've put 4PM as the start time here, but we expect more of you to be most likely to show up around 6PM each week - please use the discussion & comments to see if others are planning to come in any given week to show up earlier or later as your personal schedules will be varied!
You should also put your own preferences in the comments if you know them - DRY, SWEET, FUNKY, TART, SOUR, CRISP, CLEAN -
If you're still new to cider, this is the perfect way to explore with others who are also learning all about cider!
WEEKLY EVENT DETAILS:
Meet up with other Scioneers at our community tables to discover the wide world of cider styles from around the US, Canada & the globe! Buy a bottle and share with new friends as you explore our large format selections to find your favorite new cider from our curated bottle collection.
Each 750ml bottle is the equivalent of FIVE 5oz glass pours, so we encourage each guest to pick & pay for a bottle of their choosing to share with others at the sharing tables!
Select big bottles (750ml wine bottle sizes) will be featured with special pricing ALL NIGHT LONG on Wednesdays, and we will rotate the selection weekly. Plus, you’ll find that many of our larger fine cider bottles are priced from $20 to $50 regularly - so there are plenty of great selections to share at a price point you’ll always love!
Get funky with native ferments or tart & sour blends, find a crisp & clean champagne like style cider, or try that rose cider you've been eyeing in the case, or one of classic English or French ciders & perrys!
As always, outside food from our neighborhood restaurants always welcome if you want to nosh on more than snacks & charcuterie.
Cards & games are also available to play while you sip & enjoy good cider with good people, and make a few new friends along the way!
