This is a Somatic Breathwork Journey for emotional release. A time for you to be present & connect deeply with your breath.

Located at Peak Healthspan! Peak is on a mission to help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

For this session there will be yoga mats provided but feel free to bring your own as well as a blanket, pillow, and eye mask. I will have eye masks if you don't have one!
