Join for an opportunity to Breathe in the comfort of your own home & space. This journey will be provided via zoom! Make sure to register ahead of time to get the zoom link!

I recommend that your camera be on and turned towards you so I can see you during the journey. But this is optional! Your microphone will be off so everyone can only hear my voice and the music. Let me know if you have any questions!

To prepare:
Prepare an uninterrupted space for at least 1.5 hour (Give yourself time after the call to journal and reflect)
A yoga mat to lie on the floor or on your bed

Things to have nearby:
Blanket
Pillow
Eye mask
Candles or incense (If you would like)
Headphones
Tissues

What to expect:
We will be taking deep, conscious, connected breaths and through these breaths we have the ability to tap into emotions, feelings, and trauma that is stored in our bodies. I will be guiding you through the whole experience.

Flow of the journey:

• We will start with a grounding meditation
• Active breathing (including guided breath holds)
• Primal release (letting go without judgment)
• Return to normal breath
• Then I will guide a visualization & finish by reading a poem
