What is YiShuiKong QiGong? It's moving meditation, Zen dance, somewhere between Yoga and TaiChi. As part of my quest to Flourish through Zzense, I practice this slow and graceful art. You are invited too!

These movements feature dynamic balance, deep breathing, energizing posture, mental calming and focus, and gentle movement-based stretching. Feel the Qi flowing through your revitalized body :)
