SUNDAY CELEBRATION

The theme of "Nurturing Your Heart Light" will be further explored this Sunday with Jo Anne and Sophia. And - we will celebrate the 35th anniversary of the creation of the Inner Light Center. Imagine that! Happy Birthday ILC !

As we develop the idea of how we can take care of our heart to keep our inner light shining brightly, we’ll look at some different inspirations that include the importance of spiritual community. As a community, we support each other and remind each other to keep our thoughts in a high place.

We nourish the light within ourselves and at the same time our very presence combines with our collective energy to help nurture the hearts and souls, and lift the spirits of our friends and community. We know the energy that we create flows out in radiant circles to inspire and uplift others.
