Virginia has been hosting Yoga at the Inner Light Center for over 20 years. Sessions are held every Friday (Usually. She will miss a few Fridays. If it is posted on Monday, she will be there that Friday).
Virginia teaches Kirpalu yoga. At the 8:30 session Virginia offers an Intermediate Effort of yoga. The 10:30 session is a gentle version.
