Details

Sunrise- Summer Solstice and Qigong Hike - Transform Hate into Joy through Acceptance & heal and balance your heart Chi. See details below.
Summer Solstice Blessings to you and yours!

Summer Medicine is HeartMind Medicine

The Qi -- natural energies of nature -- is calling us to action through a deepening and more cultivated sense of how and why things happen in our lives. How and why - mental emotional qualities. They are very different from what and where. Have you ever noticed that? One profound invitation from the Qi is to recognize our stressors as a reminder of the value of mind-body practice.

QIGONG (Chi Kung) and TAI CHI (Taiji) - what a gift to know how to work with body, breath and mind to cultivate and refine Qi and a conscious mindful focus! A feature of the "Gong" is the cultivation of sustained self-observation -- using Qigong and Tai Chi (Taiji) as a WAY to bring mindfulness to everything.

Exciting new opportunities are also calls to practice. Illness and pain --- calls to practice. Our victories AND our challenges can provide the redirecting, reengineering, transforming energies - in accord with Summer - to bring forth and ripen our inherent fruits - creativity, productivity, contribution, love and acceptance.
