Welcome to the Salt Lake City Under 40 OCD and Anxiety Meetup! This group is for young adults who are experiencing OCD and anxiety disorders. Our mission is to create a supportive community where members can connect, share experiences, and learn coping strategies. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have been managing your condition for years, this group is a safe space to find encouragement and understanding.
