This women-only experiential workshop is designed to help you put nervous system regulation concepts into practice while exploring the connection between stress, tension, and the body's fascial system. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, organs, and other structures throughout the body. Chronic stress, emotional strain, repetitive movement patterns, and physical inactivity can all contribute to areas of tightness, discomfort, and restricted movement.

During this workshop, you'll learn simple self-myofascial release techniques using therapy balls and other accessible tools to target common areas of tension. We'll combine therapeutic fascia release with breath awareness, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation practices to help create a greater sense of ease, mobility, and relaxation.

This workshop complements the monthly Grow workshop on stress and anxiety by providing an opportunity to experience how stress can be stored in the body and explore practical tools for releasing tension. Participants are welcome to attend either workshop independently or experience both for a deeper understanding and integration of the material.

No prior experience is necessary.
