Join us for a peaceful evening in nature as we gather beside the stream for a one-hour Somatic Movement + Sound Bath experience.

This donation-based community event is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience the healing power of movement, sound, and the earth beneath your feet.
Crystal will guide you through gentle somatic movement to help release tension, ground your energy, and reconnect with yourself. You'll be invited to dance barefoot, move intuitively, and fully embrace the support of the earth beneath you.
As your body settles into ease, Tina will guide a restorative sound bath, allowing the healing vibrations to calm your nervous system and deepen your sense of peace and presence.
Leave feeling grounded, centered, alive, and deeply connected—to yourself, to nature, and to community.
