These profound trainings of heart and mind, rooted in the teachings of the Buddha, are helping millions of people around the world live with greater freedom, peace, and joy while bringing compassionate love into action in their relationships and our world. They are secular-friendly and appropriate for people of any faith or no faith. A retreat is a precious opportunity for sustained, continuous practice that can enable great insight, peace, healing, openness, and inspiration.

The retreat will be held at a private residence in Tempe near McClintock and Broadway at 1908 El Parque Drive 85282. Please arrive between 9:40 and 10am.

Participants are encouraged to bring drink, a simple lunch, and any desired snacks to share. Water, tea, coffee, and light refreshments will be available. Participants are encouraged to bring their own cushion, mat, bench, or portable chair if they have a preferred meditation set up they wish to use for the retreat. For your convenience, chairs and cushions will be available for anyone who does not have their own, is unable to bring them, or prefers to use those provided.

All are welcome and this retreat is suitable for people with no experience as well as longtime practitioners. There is no cost to attend this retreat. It is offered freely and made possible by dana, or donations given in the practice of generosity.
