Pilates Outdoor Mat Class

Welcome to Salt & Stretch Pilates 💜

I am currently in the process of recieving my pilates teacher training certification!

I am holding a limited attendee class on Saturdays at 8am so we can utilize more equipment such as magic circles, pilates ball, weights and resistance bands.

This class is held in honor of my soul dog, Remington, who recently passed from cancer. This class is donation based to help pay off my vet bills for his treatment.
