Saltwater Sisters - cold water dip and community fun!

Calling all women who might enjoy (or experimenting with) taking a cold water dip in the sea!

Saltwater Sisters is a community for like-minded individuals who value intentional connections and the rejuvenating benefits of swimming in cold water.

Join us for one of our regular meetups where we do some breathwork, dive into the cold waters together and support each other in our community. We have a hot drink afterwards and a snack and a good chat. Whether you're a seasoned cold water swimmer or curious beginner, our group is open to all levels.
