About us

What we’re about

Welcome to a gentle and welcoming space for women to reconnect with themselves and with one another.

This Women’s Circle is a monthly gathering for English-speaking women in Salzburg who are longing for deeper connection, self-love, and a place to simply be — without pressure, fixing, or performing.

In a warm, supportive circle we come together to slow down, breathe, feel, and remember who we are beneath the roles we carry in everyday life. This is a space where you are welcome exactly as you are — whether you feel open, tender, strong, tired, or unsure.

Through simple embodied practices such as breathwork, gentle movement, reflection, and sharing, we create space for healing, clarity, and a deeper relationship with ourselves.

What you can expect

• A safe, women-only space held with care and respect
• Gentle guided breathing and grounding practices
• Soft movement to reconnect with your body
• Sharing in circle (always optional)
• Time to slow down, listen inward, and be supported
• A sense of connection, belonging, and self-love

No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to arrive as you are.

Why gather in a women’s circle?

When women gather in circle, something ancient and powerful is remembered.
We listen. We are witnessed. We soften. We heal — not by being fixed, but by being seen.

This space is not therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic.

About the facilitator
