Your agent doesn't know your team's conventions, your internal tools, or your deployment rules. Let's fix that.

Modern coding agents support plugins — versioned bundles of skills (reusable instructions the agent invokes automatically) and MCP servers (connectors that give the agent real tools: databases, APIs, ticket systems, browsers).

Most people never build one. They're easier than you think: a JSON manifest, a markdown file, and a git repo.

No plugin experience needed. If you've used AI in any way in software engineering, you're ready.

What Will We Do?
In this session we build a plugin marketplace from scratch, install it into our own agent, and walk away with something you can share.

What Should I Bring?

• Laptop (macOS, Linux, or WSL)
• An agent CLI or Desktop App installed and signed in.
• Node.js 22+ and Git
• Valid subscription or access for your agent of choice

Recommended Agents: Github Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT

If you're arriving by bike or car, there is plenty of parking available in front of the building. For public transport, you can either go to the Liefering S-Bahn station or take bus lines 4, 14, 24, or 34, followed by a short walk.
