A nine week course running from June 3rd to July 29th

This 9 week course will focus on the balance of the 5 elements with the Earth element at the centre of the practice. Creating a more balanced relationship through the body, mind and spirit. Supporting the relationships between our internal and external experience. The cultivation of Jing, Qi, and shen. A holistic practice for health and wellbeing.
